At Stonewall Surveying, we believe strong communities build strong foundations. This past weekend, that belief went straight into the icy Atlantic Ocean.
Ray Bisson, owner of Stonewall Surveying, proudly joined Team Freezin’ for a Reason at the annual Doggie Paddle Plunge to support the New Hampshire SPCA — and what an incredible impact it made.
When Communities Come Together
Team Freezin’ for a Reason brought together friends from Rock Your Body, Golden Dog Adventure Co., Stonewall Surveying, Seacoast DockDogs, and supporters from across our community.
What happens when incredible communities collide?
You raise $8,149 for animals in need.
Our team raised the highest total of all participating teams this year. Ray personally raised $2,514, the most of any individual fundraiser at the event. That level of support doesn’t happen by accident — it happens because of generous clients, friends, family, and community members who care deeply about making a difference.
And yes — Ray didn’t plunge alone. He jumped into the freezing Atlantic alongside his wife, Traci. Cold water. Big heart. Worth it.
A Big Impact for Homeless Animals
This year’s Doggie Paddle Plunge raised over $38,000 overall for the New Hampshire SPCA. Every dollar supports food, shelter, medical care, and second chances for animals who need it most — especially during the coldest months of the year.
The water may have been freezing, but the warmth shown by this community will last all year long.
Gratitude From Stonewall Surveying
To our clients, friends, family, and neighbors — thank you.
Your donations.
Your shares.
Your encouragement.
You helped double what was raised last year. You helped us show up strong. You helped animals who cannot advocate for themselves.
We are proud to be part of a business community that believes in giving back. Supporting local organizations like the New Hampshire SPCA reflects the same values we bring to our work every day: integrity, commitment, and care.
And yes — we’ll be back in the water next year.
Because when you surround yourself with incredible people, amazing things happen.
